Hi Marfer,
Could you tell me which browser you’re using? If you have a moment try seeing if you have the same problems on a different browser, it seems to work on my computer running Google Chrome. I apologize for the inconvenience and let me know if you still have issues.

Hi Becky
I am actually interested in the usage and meaning of the word " jiù" in the following sentence
Hái méi chī, wǒ mǎshàng jiù qù.
Its look to me the same like the word huì - "will to something"
regards
Peter
Hi Rita. Glad to see you again! Yeah, this time is "see" you. lol
Yes, you're right. "Wǒ de jiā zài Xī'ān. Wǒ shì Xī'ān rén." Guìlín is not in Xi'an. Both of them are cities. Guìlín is in Guangxi province, and Xi'an is in Shaanxi province. Guilin is very famous for its natural scenery and Xi'an i...

Hello Peter,
When the word “捆(kǔn)” is used for yogurt, it means several bags of yogurt which are bundled together. If yogurts are packed in a box or plastic bag, you can use “盒(hé) “or “包(bāo).”
Hi Peter,
The negative version of yìbiān.....yìbiān is “Negative Word +一边(yìbiān)...+ 一边(yìbiān).” So for the first sentence: “I don't like to speak, while I driving,” it should be “我不喜欢一边开车一边说话。(Wǒ bù xǐhuan yìbiān kāi chē yìbiān shuō huà.)”
The second sentence is correct. :D

“了(le)” should be added to the first sentence, so it should be“你昨天喝酒了吧?(Nǐ zuótiān hējiǔ le ba?)” The second sentence “你去了酒吧吧?(Nǐ qù le jiǔbā ba?)” is correct.

Hi Peter,
For this sentence, it is also correct to add “了(le)” in this sentence, which is “昨天John和Mary去电影院看了3D Titanic。(Zuótiān, John hé Mary qù diànyǐngyuàn kàn le sānD Titanic.)” If a sentence contains a time word, then “了” is generally unnecessary, unless required to emphasize that the action is...
